Located in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, Minervas has been one of the city's most popular dining establishments for nearly four decades.

The iconic restaurant first was established as Minervas Corner Creperie, specializing in crepes. The menu and the name evolved into Minervas, where guests now look forward to hand-cut, in-house aged steaks, fresh seafood, chops, classic pasta dishes, our famous salad bar, and house-made desserts.

Minervas makes memories and hosts celebrations every day. From birthdays to graduations, weddings to anniversaries, we love to make your milestones special.

Once a premiere photography studio in historic downtown Sioux Falls, Paramount Studio photographed residents and visitors of South Dakota for many years. With attention to detail and design, Paramount Studio Cocktails and Food was reimagined into a wonderfully intimate piano bar.
