Tim Meagher is happiest in the thick of restaurant operations. He thrives on managing the busiest of days but always takes time to make each guest feel appreciated. Tim started his hospitality career at Minervas in Aberdeen and worked as a regional director for the company for several years.

Ken Bashore treats his restaurants as though they were his home – and he probably spends more of his time in them. From welcoming guests to insisting on the highest standards for quality, Ken is a 20-year hospitality industry veteran. Ken believes in building solid relationships – with business partners, employees and guests – as he delivers a first-class dining experience.

Michael Gjernes provides exceptional finance oversight and direction to Vanguard Hospitality. Focusing on asset allocation, risk management, and diversification Vanguard is always looking for the right opportunities. An Aberdeen native, he is a graduate of Presentation College where he studied management and finance.
