From welcoming guests to insisting on the highest standards for quality, Ken is a 20-year hospitality industry veteran. Ken believes in building solid relationships – with business partners, employees and guests – as he delivers a first-class dining experience.
Michael Gjernes provides exceptional finance oversight and direction to Vanguard Hospitality. Focusing on asset allocation, risk management, and diversification Vanguard is always looking for the right opportunities. An Aberdeen native, he is a graduate of Presentation College where he studied management and finance.
